How many prescriptions can I upload for my child?
Our fair usage policy allows you to upload up to 50 prescriptions per month per child profile. We genuinely hope you'll never need more, but if you do, feel free to reach out via email to request an increase.
How accurately can you read pediatric prescriptions?
In our testing, the prescription OCR has demonstrated up to 99% accuracy for already digitized prescriptions and up to 95% accuracy for handwritten ones—including those challenging pediatrician notes!
As we roll out the feature in alpha testing, we're continuously working to enhance its precision and reliability. You can always verify the results before saving, and we strongly recommend doing so.
What if I have multiple children?
Perfect! Each child gets their own profile with separate milestone tracking and family sharing preferences. You might share toddler milestones with one group of family members and newborn updates with another.
Everything stays organized by child, and you maintain complete control over what gets shared for each little one.
How can I share milestones with family right now?
While we're developing our WhatsApp integration, you can already share your baby's precious moments with family through:

When your baby reaches a milestone (first smile, first word, vaccination completion), grandparents will receive a simple WhatsApp message with photos/videos.
They can respond with voice messages, emojis, or text - no app download required. Their reactions automatically appear in your baby's milestone timeline.

Can my pediatrician use this to communicate with me?
Yes! Healthcare providers can send appointment reminders, vaccination schedules, post-visit instructions, and age-appropriate health tips directly through secure WhatsApp messaging.
This ensures you never miss important health communications while keeping everything organized in your baby's health timeline. Your pediatrician can request access, and you can enable or disable this feature anytime.
Is it safe to share my baby's information?
Absolutely. We only share the celebrations and milestones you choose - never medical details or sensitive health data. All messages are encrypted, and you control exactly which family members receive which updates.
Grandparents get "Emma took her first steps!" not "Emma's medical records." You can disable any sharing method anytime through your account settings.
What happens to my child's data if I decide to delete my account?
We take your family's privacy very seriously. Once you delete your account, we delete all your data. Period. Your baby's precious memories and health records are permanently removed from our systems.
Can I export all my child's health records and milestones?
Yes, of course! All your child's health documents, milestone memories, and family interactions would be neatly exported into a zip file in one click. Perfect for creating baby books, sharing with pediatricians, or keeping personal backups.
